I Can’t Get into EKU Direct! What Do I Do?
Remember that you must be admitted to the university in order to 1.) gain access
to your EKU Direct account AND to obtain your EKU ID number. The first time
you access your EKU Direct account, your user name will be your EKU ID number
and PIN will be your birth date in mmddyy format. For example, if you were born
August 18, 1990, your PIN will be 081890.
I Can’t Get into My EKU Direct Account and Am Now Locked Out!
What Do I Do?
After multiple unsuccessful attempts to log in, the system will automatically
disable your access. You may e-mail a request to have your PIN reset through
your EKU e-mail account by e-mailing registration@eku.edu or by coming in person
to either the Registrar’s Office on the main campus (SSB 239) or the Resource
Center/Information Desk at any of the extended campuses. If you come in person,
you will be required to present a photo ID. Telephone requests to reset your
PIN cannot be accepted. Resetting your PIN may take up to two business days.
If you have not activated your EKU e-mail address, you can do so by going to
the EKU Direct start page and following the directions from there.
I Have Gotten to the Housing Application Login, but Can’t Get
into the System! What do I Do?
Your login number will be your EKU ID number; your password will be your birth
date in mmddyy format. For example, if you were born August 18, 1990, your PIN
will be 081890. Please note: EVEN IF YOU CHANGED YOUR PIN NUMBER FOR EKU DIRECT,
YOUR PASSWORD FOR YOUR HOUSING APPLICATION WILL STILL BE YOUR BIRTH DATE.
I Am Sure I Have Everything Right, but I Still Can’t Get into
the System! What Do I Do?
You need to contact University Housing via EKU e-mail or telephone. You may
e-mail housing@eku.edu (from your EKU e-mail account) and explain the situation;
remember that the Housing Office will need your EKU ID number and birth date.
To telephone the Housing Office, call (859) 622-1515; please have your EKU ID
number and birth date readily available.
I Made a Mistake on My Application! What Do I Do?
You need to contact University Housing via EKU e-mail or telephone. You may
