Each room is wired for cable television. The cost of basic cable television is included in the rental price of the room.

Computer Facilities:

There are four computers and one printer located in the lobby area of the first floor.

Elevators:

There are two elevators lcoated in the building.

Kitchenettes:

There is a kitchen or kitchenette on every floor of the building.

Laundry Rooms:

There are two laundry rooms in the building located on the 1st floor and 6th floor.

ResNet:

ResNet is the computer network provided to students living on campus. ResNet is a student's access to the university network and the World Wide Web.

Telephone Service:

Each room is wired for local phone service. The cost of basic local phone service is included in the rental price of the room.

Television Lounges:

There are two TV lounges, located in the front lobby.
