Clay Hall is set up in a typical residence halls layout with two students per room and community bathrooms. The standard room is 16'4" x 9'8", with a standard window of 6'2" x 5'4".

Each room comes equipped with a bed, dresser, desk, and closet space for each student in the double occupancy space.
