McGregor Hall is set up in a typical residence hall layout with two students per room and community bathrooms. The standard room is 17'4" x 10'" , with a standard window of 7'x 4'.

Each room comes equipped with a bed, dresser, desk, and closet space for each student in the double occupancy space.
