Cable Television:

Each room is wired for cable television. The cost of basic cable television is included in the rental price of the room.

Computer Facilities:

There are four computers located in the lobby area of the first floor.

Elevators:

There are four elevators in the building. Two are located in the front lobby and two are located in the back lobby.

Kitchenettes:

The kitchenette is located on the first floor.

Laundry Rooms:

Located on the third and seventh floors.

Photocopiers:

Located in the front lobby near the main desk.

ResNet:

ResNet is the computer network provided to students living on campus. ResNet is a student's access to the university network and the World Wide Web.

Study Rooms:

There is a study room on every floor, located near the back elevators.

Telephone Service:

Each room is wired for local phone service. The cost of basic local phone service is included in the rental price of the room.

Television Lounges:

There are two TV lounges, one in the front lobby and one in the back lobby.
