Sullivan Hall is set up in a typical residence halls layout with two students per room and community bathrooms. The standard room is 17'3" x 11'4", with standard window of 6'5" x 5'9".

Each room comes equipped with a bed, dresser, desk, and closet space for each student in the double occupancy space.
