Todd Hall is set up in a typical residence hall layout with two students per room and community bathrooms. The standard room is 16'10" x 10', with a standard window of 5'10" x 4'2".

Each room comes equipped with a bed, dresser, desk, and closet space for each student in the double occupancy space.
