Walters Hall is set up in a typical residence hall layout with two students per room and community bathrooms. . The standard room is 17'5" x 10'1", with a standard window of 7'9" x 4' .

Each room comes equipped with a bed, dresser, desk, and closet space for each student in the double occupancy space.
